I don't even really play these sorts of games on NG, but I had to see why one had made it into the weekly best and with this entry it's not hard to see.

You can see all the detail and time spent on this project and the whole thing is really captivating and actually entertaining, rather than just being a straight rip-the-clothes-off fapfest that most of these end up being.

I think you mean 'pendants'. A pennant is one of those triangular flag thingies that baseball teams have. A pendant is a necklace with a centrepiece that hangs, hence the term 'pendant' which is french for 'hanging'.
